I haven't blogged in so long, I kind of gave up on it! Not for any reason, it just seemed to be one of those passing trends. But the kids are so cute I don't want to forget anything!!
You may need to know Dylan's personality to get this...
Dylan: Hey mom, do you wana know somethin!?
Me: Um, yes....
Dylan: You know how yesterday you layed Rue down for her nap?
Me: Yes...?
Dylan: Well, I went into the pantry and took a chocolate chip out and put it in my pocket... and then I went into the bathroom and ATE IT!! I was being sneeky!
I had one of those moments that every parent understands, when you know this is an important lesson opportuinity for your kids, but you can't keep a straight face! Omg I lost it. I tried telling him that its important to NOT be sneeky, but I was smiling too big haha and there was no way he would take me seriously now. Love that boy.
Rue is SO big, she's walking all over the place! She's soooo girly too, she is cudly and likes to carry purses. She will hug and squeeze anything that resembles a doll.
sigh......:) they're so blumin cute.
Dylan says mom, I love you! mom, you're cute! xoxo! I said, Dylan, are you always going to say stuff like this to me, even when your taller than me!? Yup, I am!
Actually for some reason, he just switched to calling me mama... I'll let that slide! I know, but I'm a sucker.
On other notes....Gene is in school and being an athlete about it.
We found a new love... our gym! Were working hard at our CrossFit gym. It's the best!
I'm planning running the London's 10k this weekend~ wish me luck!

- Gene and I are going on 2 years of marriage and have been so blessed to know eachother. We were worlds apart before we met and then were set up on a blind date- i knew I wanted to be w him forever within 2 weeks we have so much in common and most importantly, we share the same goals. We also knew that those things would never change- we were ready to have a family! And its wonderful to see our plans working out just how we said w our baby on the way:) gene is so excited as am I. I think it's a boy, he thinks it's a girl, but whatever it is it will be perfect! And dylan will be the best big brother!! Also we both work as nurses. We are so blessed to have jobs right now! Dylan didn't really start smiling until he was around 3-4 months. Thats ok though, he was just a serious, thinker baby. I love him just the way he is! 2 months

4 months have gone by so fast! Slow down! He's not considered my "newborn" any more :( he is my infant :) Dylan is a very intulectual boy, as you can see here. He will be our little genius!
